day rehabilitation is suitable for individuals who are living at home with a long-term condition or recovering from complex injuries and want to maximise their rehabilitation potential. It is also be suitable for clients who require ongoing support as part of their transition home from one of STEPS residential packages of care or elsewhere.
We can provide part/whole day programmes or individual sessions. We can work your sessions as flexibly as possible, for example a half day could be a hydrotherapy session at 11 am, followed by lunch and then a gym based session at 2pm. There will be a charge for initial assessments.
Clients who are attending for the day will have access to the same quality of support from our specialist team at STEPS including the nursing team who are equipped to provide complex care and a range of vocational and intensive therapies.
